Menlo Oaks Annual Neighborhood Picnic 2022

We reconnected with old friends and new neighbors at this year’s MODA picnic, on Saturday, July 25th! It was the first picnic since 2019, due to COVID, but it was well attended by nearly 90 people of all ages—from babies to those almost 90 years young. Though the picnic was to be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on, many stayed much later.

Rich Murray was the “griller in chief”, and Remona Murray collected MODA dues from new residents and others. Volunteers, including MODA Board members and their families, who all helped with setup and clean up.

The “Serenaders Band”, once again entertained the crowd with hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, Jazz, Standards, Rock, Disney, and more.
